Waking up again, time to get this bread
But first get breakfast- heart healthy cereal

Honey nut cheerios- only choice i know
Pour it in the bowl - only way to go

Going to the fridge - fill it to the ridge
Pour it to the bowl - staring to my soul

But to malcontent- and without consent
The shelf is flat and bare - no milk anywhere

How can i survive? Another day alive?
It wont feel like home with-no milk for my aging bones!
Tears don fill my eyes, but how can i cry, over the spilt milk, when theres no milk to spill?

Deep breaths again- just calm down- collect myself
I know what to do - Ill ask the neighbors
Walking over with my bathrobe on, I got my bowl of cereal!

Knock on the door - I know what, they let me in.
Were walking over- over to the fridge - I open the door, the cool breeze fills me- it completes me!

Looking around - I feel her, i know she's near- the love of my life, I can almost see.
She's found! I read the label- but to my dismay, they only have low fat!

How do they survive? No way to sympathize!
Decay in their home, with no milk for their aging bones!
Tears don fill my eyes, hug and empathize!
I leave immediately, to fight for what I need!
